Ken is a Chartered Accountant, having admitted as a Fellow member to ACCA, UK in the early 2000s. With more than 20 years in the corporate arena, he has held senior positions in various public listed companies, with vast experiences in corporate restructuring, M&A.

Franz Narcis

Franz is actively involved in the strategic planning and business development of several tech companies in Southeast Asia since 2008, focusing on developing strategies for ventures interested in using technology as a key business driver of their products and services.
